Don't vilify the phone,
Look in the mirror,
The more you do this,
Awareness becomes clearer.
Don't point all your fingers,
Place them on your heart,
The more you do this,
Transformation can start.
Don't chase value,
Be still and know,
The more you do this,
The more you will grow.
Don't sit in the darkness,
Bask in the light,
The more you do this,
Life will take flight.
